This is my personal portfolio site. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to reply to you and understand how the site is used. Here's the plain-English version.

What I collect

When you message me through the contact form, I receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. These are delivered to my inbox through a third-party form service (FormSubmit) purely so the message reaches me.

When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter to confirm the meeting.

When you browse, I use my own lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited and the order they're viewed, time on a page, scroll depth, device type, approximate country and city, and how you arrived (for example a search engine, social link or direct visit). Approximate location is looked up from your network at the moment of the visit — your IP address itself is not stored. A random, anonymous ID is kept in your browser to tell new visits from returning ones; it is not linked to your name or any personal details, and it isn't used to identify you as an individual or shared with advertisers.

When you like or comment on a post, I store what you write together with the name you enter (shown publicly) and, optionally, your email address (kept private and visible only to me). You can delete your own comment or remove your like at any time using the controls on the post.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry, plan any work we discuss, and improve the site. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it except with the service providers above that make the form, bookings and analytics work.

Pilot & workshop participants

If you take part in a Scentura pilot or a letsbloom session, any details you share are used only to run that engagement and follow up with you about it.

Your choices

You can ask me to access or delete the information you've sent me at any time. Just email limjy.jocelyn@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.
